Same issue for me for several days. Rebooted, checked network connectivity, etc. I can’t remove and re-install because I have the subscription through Roku. App works fine on Apple TV and iPhone on the same network.
Definitely Roku because it works on my iPhone fine.
If you have an eero, stop the ad block option. That fixed it for me. Kudos to Godspeed731 for figuring this out!
