There were English subtitles and now there are none. If they offer Spanish, you can turn that on, then switch back to English and that seems to work. However if only English is offered. It was say that CC is on, but it is not. Deleted and reloaded Max. Turned everything on and off. Went to Roku settings, etc. Everything is as it should be but Max subtitles still not working.

We appreciate you informing us about the issue you've encountered with the closed caption of MAX not functioning properly. It might be a better option to reach out to MAX directly and inquire further about the issue to resolve it. Most channels on the Roku platform are maintained by the channel provider, including the design and development of their channel.
