Thank you for reaching us regarding your playback issues with the YouTube app. No worries, we're here to find you the best resolution. Have you tried to remove the app, reboot your device's system, then add the channel back again? If not, follow the steps below:
- Remove the channel: press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star * > Remove channel
- Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > Power > Retart
- Add the channel: press Home > select Store > select Channel > Add channel
If the issue is still persistent, we advise you to directly contact the channel provider because the channel is developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
