Using Spectrum.
all my roku premiere + devices quit working... have wifi signal but not able to connect from the spectrum app using roku.
Friend tried his roku account log in and the spectrum app worked with roku on my tv sets
.. any idea what is wrong.
once i log into my roku account i cannot get service but under a different account i have service

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Spectrum support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Spectrum and Roku could not come to an agreement, so you cannot download the app on Roku.
If you had it previously on Roku, you can still get it.
Do not reset your Roku to factory settings or you can't get it again.
I made the big mistake of doing that.
Yea, This really has me ticked and as soon as I find something better, my roku's are going in the trash..
I bought a Tivo 4k Stream stick for $30 and love it...
I'll continue using my Roku until I find something better to replace Spectrum
Spectrum is also not on my good list.. They just don't support any devices like Roku, other than the Apple TV. You can use a phone or chrome cast but you have to cast the stream to your tv.
Just fed up with Roku and Spectrum... Time to move on...
I was able to get it back!!
Roku told me to call Spectrum - 833-780-1880
Spectrum was able to email me a link that took me directly to the Roku site,
where Spectrum had put an access code in the "add channel" section.
Worked perfectly and it's back! Try it.
I am upgrading my Roku device and would like to be able to add the Spectrum app after the upgrade. Were you able to add the Spectrum app to your Roku device or did you add Roku to your Spectrum service?
