Still not working on roku TV. I have checked updates and there are up to date. When clicking on the app it lags then just goes back to home screen.

Hello we have a roku and it won't allow us to download the now tv app. We have factory reset and made sure the device software update was complete. We can search for NOW TV on the app through the phone but it will not allow me to add the channel. When I search through the roku box, it will not find NOW TV at all. What else can we do to fix this?

@SFUGITT1963 When I search the channel store web site for NOW TV, there is no such channel. This tells me it's likely only available in certain countries, and if you are not located in that country, or if your Roku user account was created when located in a different country, then you will not be able to load the channel. Just because you can see an app/channel through your phone doesn't mean that it can be installed on your Roku, for the reasons I mentioned above. And if that is the case, there is no workaround to allow you to install it.
