If you've tried the basic troubleshooting tips on our support page and still experiencing issues with playback, we'd recommend reaching out to the friendly channel support team for additional assistance. They may need to roll out an update for the channel to fix the issue. It's good to keep in mind that most channels on Roku are managed directly by the providers themselves.
