I removed Netflix then re-added it. Of course that forced me to re-enter the password which had to be changed since what I knew to be my password seemed to be incorrect. After the debacle of the password was solved, I was able to load Netflix successfully and watch the remainder of what I had been watching.... all without revealing my serial number, which I am always reluctant to do in any circumstance.
