Exact same thing here. Just got new Roku Express 4k+. Everything works except Netflix. The Netflix logo shows for about a second, then goes back to home screen. Tried all proposed solutions, but nothing works.
Exactly the same setup for me and same troubleshooting steps without any progress.
Netflix app is version 5.3 build 105088006.
Netflix app works on all other devices but the 4k Express.
I’m having the same issues with Netflix on a Roku 4K express, click the tile, shows Netflix logo, kicked back to Home Screen, tried all suggestions online still the same
I watched Netflix early this afternoon with no problem, but as of 4:38pm central time... Netflix will not load. And I'd say that it's an issue with ROKU since I am able to load Netflix on my computer.

-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-what are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue or error message
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

If you are experiencing an issue with using Netflix on your Roku device, please perform a software update to resolve this issue.
Steps to perform a software update:
1. Press "Home" and go to Settings
2. Go to System
3. Select Software Update and press "Check now"
4. The issue should be resolved once the channel has been updated
