Netflix not loading tvq-st-106

Netflix will no longer open on one of my TCL Roku TVs.  I have 2.   Same model.  1 works fine.  Both connected wireless.   I have deleted the app.  Restarted.  Reinstalled the app.   Rebooted my wifi.   Unplugged the TV and reconnected it.  Disconnected the wifi from the TV and reconnected it.   Finally I did a factory reset.   The issue persists.   All other apps work.  I get error tvq-st-106 and sometimes tvq-st-141

Since this is an isolated case within the Netflix app alone, we highly recommend directly coordinating this with the channel provider for further assistance since they develop and manage their own app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
