Hi, @Oxanaruss

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku Premiere not loading applications, and we're here to help address the problem. We would recommend performing a software update to your Roku device. Kindly refer to the instructions below:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates
  • Tip: The System update screen displays the current software and build version, along with the date and time of the latest update.

If there is new software available or there are updates for your apps, then your Roku device will download and install them automatically and once completed, your device will reboot.
