I have not been able to add the ´Nebula app nor any other channel on device and cannot find it online here.
What am I doing wrong?

Nebula was one of the Wallpapers for Roku (along with Graphene, Decaf, and Daydream). While still showing on my devices, I am not able to actually use them. (theme switch failed error).
I do not believe these are available to use anymore. (such removals of wallpapers and themes do occur from time to time on Roku).

If not seeing it, may not be available in your region. If in US and not seeing it, likely your Roku account encountered an error during setup/activation.
Cannot open Nebula app. Says I have it yet subs page says it expired in ‘23. It doesn’t appear on Home Screen. Try to add it. Asks for email only to say someone with this account already exists Iim at total losss. Frustrating and time consuming to say the least.
