@RokuMary-FThis is an NBC Sports App error with what seems to be all Roku's that have updated the app to the February version that caused this issue. The NBC Sports app works just fine on all devices that aren't Roku.

Posting Roku TV specs from everyone with this issue won't help you locate the issue. It's with Regional broadcasts that are for specific regions. Everything else plays fine, but when it tries to authenticate your Cable Service gets the regional programming (i.e White Sox Baseball on NBC Sports Chicago or Phillies Broadcast on NBC Sports Philly) it comes up with this error.

The thread has very clearly located the exact type of programs and users that are getting this error.

This is on all our Roku tvs. I'm sure other folks are having the same error with other providers

Yep....that's all we get when try to log on to a live event in the Philadelphia Sports region...No Phillies...No Sixers..No Flyers.

Had to use the Amazon fire stick to see the Phillies
