This has been going on for weeks now!
I haven't been able to watch Sharks games and am now unable to watch Giants games.
The login info works because I can successfully watch on a Win 10 laptop but get the below error when I try to watch on the Roku.
Error Code: CloudpathErrorRetransUserMVPDBlacklisted
This is what they told me more than 2 weeks ago.
None of these suggestions worked:

Yes, COMCAST does have restrictions.....But , I have Verizon and they charge us extra fees for the ability to watch local sports programming in Philadelphia region.
Tried ....everything both NBC sports and Roku support has suggested ....still foes not correct issue.....
WE NEED HELP....ASAP
No... all the correct information for NBC SPORTS APP has been authenticated by Verizon logo....I Can received everything on NBC , all their other network
But, I cannot get local Philadelphia sports programming
HELP.....HELP.....HELP......PLEASE
Did it.....goes into a black hole
I've been having the same issue. The app works perfectly fine on my Samsung tv, but doesn't work on my Roku tv. This is absolutely a Roku issue.
Also, in addition, to not being able to watch the live feed sporting events.....we are not able to see any feeds pregame ,post-game, any local programming NBC/COMCAST feeds during the day , which we were previously able to receive......NBC/COMCAST the network owner are responsible in some way for this program/format/ app update what ever you want to call it.
