Only with NBA app..I removed/readied, but it still has intermittent issues, often just not playing at all (blank screen).

To ensure the process of removing and re-adding the NBA channel is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart. None of these things worked for me - I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. I logged out of the app, back in, etc. I called support, not expecting them to help me - but they actually did.
When you are seeing the all blank (black) screen if you hit the up arrow twice, or the enter button twice the game might start playing. I believe there is a menu screen that is actually there, but not visible and if you hit the right sequence of buttons on the roku remote - it will play the game. I got it to play, but it played the game from the beginning instead of live - so I had to fast forward. I hope this helps someone!
Try to update the software (in Roku settings) for the Roku device (not NBA app) if it is not done. I had a similar problem today and was finally resolved with the Roku software update. Good luck.
