How to login to Paramount+ Showtime with email and password

With the recent update and merger of Paramount+ and Showtime, I cannot login to the Paramount+ app with my email and password.  The only option is to subscribe via Roku payment, but I already have a subscription I paid for.

How can I login to the Paramount+ app with my Paramount+ email and password?

Please note that many channels available on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
