Roku is only responsible for The Roku Channel. You will need to contact the NBA to complain about any issues with their app. The channel store says the developer is "NBA Properties, Inc".

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. In addition to what our Community Guru provided in the above post, it would be best if you directly coordinate this with the channel provider, as they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
