My tv keeps randomly switching to Netflix. But it’s not just one tv, it’s every tv on my account.? Somebody help me figure out what’s going on, please!

Thanks for sharing your report about this issue. We're here to help you. It seems that the remote button might be stuck. Do all of your remotes have the Netflix button? Or are you using the Roku mobile app on this Roku TV as well? If so, how many devices are connected to it? Mentioning this might be related to this playback issue going.
We would also recommend performing a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart and see if that helps.

My tv just randomly started kicking us out of any streaming app or Roku Home Screen to Netflix. Please don’t say it’s a Remote Button issue, we checked that multiple times. We checked all the settings on Roku and our TV, not changing anything. We just kept going back to other apps and it kept kicking us out and suddenly started working properly. With as many people complaining for over 6 yrs I would hope that Ruko would try to investigate the problem. (I used to be over IT/Programer and IT Help Desk, this is unacceptable support). Please look into it for a solution. There has to be a bug in the program. Thank you.
@Chuckm0624, doubtful. If there was a bug, it would affect everyone or significantly more users than you and the OP. There's most likely something in your environment causing it. It may not be the Roku remote, but another that's causing your Roku TV to interpret a received signal as the Netflix button. It could also be someone messing with you. There's multiple explanations that don't involve a bug of any kind and there's no way to prove anything short of moving your device to a new location, connected to a different network, with nothing else in the room except the TV. Do all that and if it still happens then I'll believe there's a bug.
