We understand that you're having an issue with your TV, which is frozen on the channel. No worries, we're here to assist.
To start, is this happening to a specific channel? Also, are you able to go back to the home screen on your TV?
In the meantime, you may follow these steps to restart your TV:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
If you're unable to navigate on your TV, you may try unplugging and re-plug your TV.
