Roku home screen frozen. Cannot to apps or unable to scroll to settings or any apps. Was working last night. Please help me

I'd like to know if you have tried changing the remote batteries. Also, please try to reset the remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again. Once done, Restart your Roku device/TV.
