Roku players are no longer available in the UK. to see go to the Roku website, players and where to buy and all players are out of stock and have been for some months now.

The player B and M sold, if it was the white se model then that is not listed on the  UK site so you may have a grey import.

You may need to get a fire stick to replace or upgrade the Roku as these are available and fully supported in the UK

Hi,

Did you get a solution for this? I am having the exact same problem.

The "Solution" in the thread does not make sense.

Have Roku really withdrawn all UK specific channels? I cant find iPlayer, IRVX, 4 or My5 🤦🏼‍♂️

@blueplatinum, if you don't see the UK specific apps then your Roku account is most likely not associated with the UK.  It can happen for a few reasons the most obvious being that you're not located in the UK (or you're located somewhere that isn't obviously part of the UK).  Another possibility is the Roku account was created outside of the UK or using something like a VPN to mask your true location.  The only way to fix it is to factory reset the Roku device and link it to a true UK Roku account.
