Moved to new state but old channels retained

Moved from Alabama to Florida, retained Directv Streaming. Primary TV connected to Directv through Spectrum and local channels work correctly. Secondary TV connected to ROKU Ultra but local channels still show Alabama channels. Settings in ROKU setup show correct address in Florida.

@jw1949

You would need to contact DirecTV Stream about that. Roku doesn't control the account settings for DirecTV Stream, so reaching out to DirecTV Stream would be the best option.

Directv streaming box works fine. Problem is in alternate room serviced by ROKU.

But I assume the app that is giving you trouble is the DirectTV stream App developed by AT&T Services Inc. (ie: DirecTV.)

How can I delete the Directv ap? I found this "Note that you can't remove a channel with an active subscription".

That indicates you have an active subscription to DirecTV Stream, and that subscription is via Roku.

Go to https://my.roku.com and log in, then click the Manage your subscriptions link. Cancel the service there. Then you'll be able to remove the app.
