Moved To New Location

Jump to solution

I moved from Ohio to Florida and Roku is working fine down here but I am still seeing the local channels from when I was back in Ohio.  I believe my issue is account related.  How do I update my account so it now recognizes me in Florida and I get local channels down here?

Thanks everyone...

Your locals are coming via YTTV - I think that's who you need to update with your new location.

Is this on a TV with Roku built in, or are you using a separate Roku device connected to a non-Roku TV. If a separate device, what channel application are you using to view local stations?

Sorry...forgot that piece of info.  Roku on a streaming stick (Express).  I watch local channels on YouTube TV.  I think I need to tell Roku I am now in zip 34222 not 44241...1500 miles apart.
