I have the same problem. I can’t add the Peacock channel to my other TV in the family room. I’ve tried everything, updating software, searching… etc. Can anybody in technical support help us? Thanks. MJ
I have roku on all TVs. I have the peacock app on main tv but can’t add to tv in bedroom. Why?
I’ve got a temporary solution. I switched the Roku device that has the Peacock channel on it to the other TV in the family room. Now channel is working on the family room TV. Pam, I think they don’t allow us to use the channel on more than one TV/ Roku device. Unless, we cast onto another TV using the app from a tablet, iPad or mobile device. I’m looking forward to American football this Thursday on Peacock. Good luck. Kindest regards, MJ
