Cases like this could happen sometimes, and they might occur if there's an update within the channel or an update to the content itself. We recommend following the steps below and seeing if that helps.
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
- Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

If the issue persists, we would recommend contacting the channel team directly and reporting this issue. It's likely to release an update to the channel in order to resolve the issue. Roku only hosts the channel available on the platform.
