Ministra Player App Issue

First of all Software is not user friendly.

When I switch between any program it takes 7 to 8 seconds.

Every channel shows "error in content".

Software is very slow and design is not proper at all. Many issues with viewing channel. 

So,I have decided to close my subscription.
