Channels & viewing

The program content and subject matter is getting poor and more boring every time I turn it on. It's usually stuck on "wildest island something." Used to be so interesting and had a variety of programs. Unfortunately the last 6 months or so it's gotten so boring and predictable. Roku had a very interesting weather channel with fascinating videos from viewers but that was taken off no doubt to sell somewhere else and gain a profit.  I suspect that same thing has happened to Magellan live TV. Anyone else notice roku's program content and quality are getting very limited and boring.

Keep in mind that Roku didn’t create Magellan TV, and there are thousands of channel/apps on Roku, so if one seems boring, try a few others?  Apparently, it’s not that hard to create your own Roku channel, so if you have an idea that no one else is trying, you could try it.  (I mean creating your own Roku channel/app is not too hard – filling it with enough content to keep people amused for long periods is likely to take some significant work but it might be interesting to you.)

• Thanks Strega2, for not been sarcastic or critical. Yes It would be very hard to keep a program interesting that repeats for however many months they run it on magellan live. Creating your own is a good solution for those with the skill to do that.

Anyone out there skilled and creative enough to give us viewers a interesting subject matter a variety of subjects and content that changes or shuffles the content so it stays interesting for the long haul of running time?
