MAX not avaliable on my Roku TV

Hi! I was wondering why I can't download the MAX app on my roku tv? I tried to do it through my cellphone since I can't find the app in the tv's app store, but the option to add the chanel to my tv isn't avaliable.

Btw, I'm currently living in Ecuador.

We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to understand what went wrong so we can assist you further and resolve the issue.

After further review, you previously stated that you are located in Brazil. The system recognized that your Roku account is set under a different region. If you are using a Roku account that didn't originate in the region in which you are using your device, you may encounter issues within a channel. 

Here are a few things to try:

  1. What you need to do is to re-create your Roku account. If you plan on using the same email address. You need to deactivate your Roku account, and from there, you need to re-activate it.   2. Then link the device again to your account just like you did with the initial setup. You may also refer to this link: Como vincular meu dispositivo Roku? | How do I link my Roku device?

After ensuring that you are using the new account, can you verify if you are still experiencing the same issue?

Ecuador is not officially supported by Roku.  Many apps won't be available on Roku devices where they're not officially supported.

We would like to inform you that if you are traveling or outside the United States, you may not be able to stream, sign in, or access your Max account. Additionally, please note that HBO Max is currently available only within the US, and streaming from outside the country is not permitted.

Dear Jharra, I apprecaiate your quick response.
Sorry I wasn´t very clear on my inquiry.
I live in Brazil, not traveling to.
I´m sorry again but you are wrong. Max is available here and I have my account regulary working fine. 
We have another TV with android TV with the Max app also working fine.
What I can´t find is the Max App on my Roku TV.

I found Youtube and Globoplay and the Netflix app came already installed. But couldn´t find Max and Disney+, unfortunatly.
