Hi! I was wondering why I can't download the MAX app on my roku tv? I tried to do it through my cellphone since I can't find the app in the tv's app store, but the option to add the chanel to my tv isn't avaliable.
Btw, I'm currently living in Ecuador.

After further review, you previously stated that you are located in Brazil. The system recognized that your Roku account is set under a different region. If you are using a Roku account that didn't originate in the region in which you are using your device, you may encounter issues within a channel.
Here are a few things to try:
After ensuring that you are using the new account, can you verify if you are still experiencing the same issue?

Ecuador is not officially supported by Roku. Many apps won't be available on Roku devices where they're not officially supported.
What about Brazil?

Sorry I wasn´t very clear on my inquiry.
I live in Brazil, not traveling to.
I´m sorry again but you are wrong. Max is available here and I have my account regulary working fine.
We have another TV with android TV with the Max app also working fine.
What I can´t find is the Max App on my Roku TV.
I found Youtube and Globoplay and the Netflix app came already installed. But couldn´t find Max and Disney+, unfortunatly.
