I have the same issue. When I move from 1 tv to the other, I have to re-sign in to Max. ANNOYING to the Max!!!
I've updated, rebooted, and whatever else one can do to fix tech issues when you're not an expert. If Max or Roku can't fix the issue, customers should ne compensated.
The one fix that might fix this that I've seen on reddit maybe, was to check the "keep me logged in button" when you sign in. Hello Roku... There is no box to check!

Same thing happens to me on Rokus only not iPad I have updated everything
I chatted with Max support today and they fixed my issue. They “refreshed” my account and had me reset my network connection on each tv that was affected. Which was all of my Roku tvs. It took a little while to do this but it worked! Hope this works for everyone!
Been down that road it didn’t last a day they have to have a better fix than that and it isn’t a real fix! I’m not doing that all over again it’s an unacceptable ask

Roku either needs to make their devices unique identifying
OR
MAX needs to fix their new anti sharing setup
OR
BOTH
its that simple ONLY Roku devices don’t identify individual on MAX you can literally see it in your MAX account when you view registered devices.
Just adding one more frustrated voice to this conversation. Having the same issue on all 5 of my Roku devices. Very frustrating because I use a long and complex password. Max and Roku need to fix this.
I too have had the same problem of needing to login every time I go to access the Max app. this only occurs with the Max app on my TV's equipped with a Roku device. My Google TV has not had this problem. One of my device's info is: Model 3930x, Serial # X004007DA7L, Software version 14.1 Device ID S0082047DA7L. Tracker # 7L-001-170.
Since I provided the information the Roku support requested I have not had the issue. If you are having the issue provide them with the information they requested.
Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
Channel build version (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
Max Version 58.2 build 2
