Before we proceed, could you please confirm if this issue is happening when you use any other channel? Also, we kindly request you to double-check the email address associated with your Roku TV. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Roku Home screen
- Click on Settings
- Scroll and Select System
- Choose About to view the email address linked to your Roku TV.
