For several days now, K9TV isn't loading. The screen flashes with alternating images of a revolving bone then a location then the bone again.. example, revolving bone then Oakland CA then the bone then another city, then the bone then another city, etc etc. I did the whole troubleshooting thing of removing the channel, restarting the Roku, adding the channel back, which didn't work so I removed the channel, manually unplugged the Roku, plugged it back in, added the channel again.. still having trouble. All the other channels are working just fine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, I rely on this channel for my dogs when I leave them home alone.
Thanks!
Similar behavior as you described. I don't see a contact for the K9 TV channel developer, as they are the the ones responsible for maintaining their channel and applying fixes. May just have to wait until they fix it and keep trying it.
Would your dogs notice if you tried another channel like Relax My Dog - TV and Music https://channelstore.roku.com/details/63f1a3b12dfb5a15d12e66fde5fe5d05/relaxmydog

There are a couple different channels along these lines for pets available for Roku. You can search for "Pets" or "Dogs" on your Roku device, or from the Roku Channel Store online. https://channelstore.roku.com/browse
Hello @AnnoyedLady
Thanks for posting here in the Community.
In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

Hi Karla, thanx for your response! ummm I don't mean to sound rude but apparently you didn't completely read my post bcuz the steps you describe are the exact steps I took before I got frustrated enough to reach out to the community, because the repeated restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, unplugging and replugging were not making any difference.
But thanks!
Anybody else have suggestions?
