Issue with watching channels

Hi my parents have hisense tv with built-in roku. When they try watching Netflix prime and now roku channels they work for few minutes then goes back to menu ?? Do we need to reset tv..channels. does it have something to do with if it's 4k show or 1080 or do a factory reset ?? Any help appreciated

Aside from the channels you mentioned above, have you checked other apps if the same issue occurs? 

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channels and then re-install them. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
