Antenna channel Guide Access

Hello I have a new Roku TV. I have been through all of these procedures and I have set up my antenna, but the antenna channels do not display and the live TV. I have deleted and re-added live TV and re-scanned my channels several times and the only way I can access antenna channels is if when the scan completes, it gives me an option to “view guide” and when I view that Guide, then I only see antenna channels.A also when I use the selection to hide streaming channels or not that does not work. Please help me combine The free guide with the antenna guide, thank you.

Re: Antenna channel Guide Access

@Wigiwood

Since Roku refuses to simply provide a seperate name for Antenna channels by default and calls everything "LiveTV", unnecessarily confusing its users, you are probably just selecting the wrong LiveTV.

On your RokuTV, go to Settings/TV Inputs/Rename.  Then select the Live TV "Input" and rename it to "Antenna TV" (this should also change the associated icon to an antenna.

Go back to your Home Screen and look for this Antenna TV Input (and associated icon) amongst your apps on the Home Screen.  This is the Input you must use to watch Antenna TV/locals/OTA.  From here, you can also choose to show/hide streaming channels. (on my RokuTV, I just hide the streaming channels from this input).

The LiveTV that is on the left side menu is for Streaming Channels only.  Will not show your Antenna channels.

If you are not seeing your new Antenna TV Input on your Home Screen, go back to Settings/TV Inputs and make sure you have Enabled it under the "Unused Inputs" section.
