In-App purchases gives error code 006

I have checked my home internet and it worked. I connected to my mobile personal hotspot and both times, attempting to subscribe to a new channel, it has given me the error 006. I even did the reboot to the server by clicking home 5 times, fast forward 3 time and rewind 2. The tv restarted like normal and I went back to purchase my free trial channel and it still is giving me the error 006. Please help

  • What Roku device are you using right now?
  • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels, or is this isolated to 1 content/channel?
  • Do you have any other Roku device/s?If YES, are the other Roku device/s experiencing the same playback issue?
