I’ve had my Roku for years I live in Canada and all of a sudden I turn it on and all I have is home and settings nothing else no search no nothing what happened

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Worry no more, as we would be happy to find you the best resolution possible.
As we checked, you have multiple Roku players linked to your account; is this happening to all of them? Also, may we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far?
If you can still navigate your Home screen, we highly suggest rebooting your device's system under Settings > System > System restart. However, if you can't, unplug your TV and device for about 60 seconds and then replug it to see if it will make any difference.
Furthermore, a photo of the occurring issue would be best for us to assess your concern better.
