I am having trouble watching the Puerto Rico fta channels. I subscribed but doesn’t let me see the channel just keeps saying buy?

Have you tried removing the channel yet? You can do this by traveling to the channel on your home screen, pressing the star(*) button on your remote, and selecting remove channel.
We suggest restarting your device before adding the channel again. Settings > System > System restart.

Yes. I buy the channel. I see on the app is active...but when i try to watch the page request buy again. And again, and again and no let me see nothing.

We recommend trying to remove the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Sign in with your channel login credentials.
