My Hulu & Disney+ won’t download on any of my Roku TVs. They’re all up to date but they’re not even showing up as channels on my TVs. What do I do?
Hi @CNicole21,
Thanks for following up,
After further review, you previously stated that you are located in Indiana, US. The system recognized that your Roku account is set under a different region. If you are using a Roku account that wasn't originated in the region in which you are using your device, you may encounter issues within a channel.
Here are a few things to try:
What you need to do is to re-create your Roku account. If you plan on using the same email address. You need to deactivate your Roku account and from there you need to re-activate it. For more information about how to create an account, visit our Support page here: How to create a Roku account | Official Roku Support
Then link the device again to your account just like you did with the initial setup. You may also refer to this link: How to activate or link your Roku streaming device | Official Roku Support
After ensuring that you are using a US Roku account, can you verify if you are still experiencing the same issue?
Please let us know if the issue is fixed or reply back to the thread for further assistance, we will be glad to help you.
Best regards
Mary
