Please be advised that not all Roku devices are compatible with the Peacock channel. Check out the list below for supported models:

1. Roku 2 (4210X model only)
2. Roku 3 & 4 (model 4200X or later)
3. Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600X or later)
4. Roku Express/Express+ (model 3900X or later)
5. Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920X or later)
6. Roku Ultra/Ultra LT (model 4640X or later)
7. Roku TV and Smart Soundbar (model 5000X or later)

Check the model # and firmware version of each Roku:  Settings/System/About

...and post the results here.

Remember: the 3710 (2016 Express+) is not officially supported.

Good question to be asked of NBCUniversal, as it is their subscription service - not Roku's.

Or, you could read the description stated at Peacock/Profile/Account (it says what you are paying more for).

You didnt mention your Roku model # and firmware version: Settings/System/About

Its also not clear what issue you are having (you didnt state it).

Roku is offering an upgrade to my express...does anyone know the model number or if I can get peacock with it? Only says 6x faster streaming, but no model number?

The upgrade offer states the name of the model (and a model # in small print probably, in the cart) - without the name we cant ascertain the likely model #.

Regardless, anything they offer will run Peacock TV for years to come.
