You may also need to restart your device again after resetting it. This happened on one of my 4 devices.
Mine is finally working. After receiving a private message from Mary on 2/13/22 after sending her my information, my Disney+ still wasn't working. I had noticed that my Disney+ channel had updated on 2/11/22. So, I then uninstalled and reinstalled Disney+ channel on 2/16/22. Disney+ is now working. Now, if we can fix the "Thinking... message" and no action when trying to control the TV on / off with an Amazon Echo, I will be back to where I was in November, 2021.....

Disney plus won't load and I get error 42
Disney plus version 1.19 build 2022022500
Issue ID: 11-469-589
This happens every time I try to load Disney+. I have tried all the solutions suggested on this thread (rebooting Roku, rebooting router, clearing cache, etc.) and nothing has worked. I do not want to try to mess with the DNS on my router because I don't want to mess something else on my network up, nor do I know how. Please help me figure this out!
Thank you!
@JennB, changing the DNS in your router won't mess anything up and may improve things in general. Assuming your ISP hasn't locked it down, you can always try changing it and then changing it back if there's a problem. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and what's the model number of your router?
