There is NO star key to remove the Bluetooth app clutter.
Using the Remote Control Roku app trick used to be a workaround but not on this OS.

If there is no option to remove the app from your Roku device we recommend the other way around and follow these steps:
Removing channels from within the Roku Channel Store
Removing channels from within the Roku mobile app

The following method removed the Bluetooth App on my 75" RokuTV:
Launch the Roku mobile app.
Turn on WiFi to connect to the 75" RokuTV with the Bluetooth App.
Tap Channels from the navigation bar.
From the Channels tab, select My Channels to view a list of channels installed on your Roku device.
Tap Bluetooth for more information.
Tap Remove to confirm.
