Horizontal blurring brand new Roku player

Jump to solution

Brand new Roku ultra, had to get this because ESPN would no longer work with my old Roku 4.  (Why do I need a 4k device for my 1080p plasma?)

now all the playback has this annoying horizontal-line blur, particularly any motion on the screen.

i have high throughput internet, it is not a bandwidth or speed issue.  Old Roku never had this issue, just wouldn’t work with some of my channels due to Roku phasing out old players to make us buy new.

seriously thinking to take this back to best buy and get a firestick…
