I will try that, thank you!
You're not a streaming expert except in your dreamworld. Your suggestions fixed nothing. It's been at least two months since this began. If Roku doesn't get this fixed, I'll just start using my free box I got from Xfinity. So I won't be using the Roku box anymore and I won't be seeing any of the ads on Roku. I bet that with my Xfinity box it works. Haystack news affects the other channels. If you turn on the Roku box and the first thing you go to is haystack news, then the rest of the channels don't work right either. The only solution is to restart the system again and again and again. Why would I keep using my Roku box when nobody at Roku has any solution to the problem? Either fix it or I'll use another device.

Grendel: I'm not sure who you are directing this note to, but I didn't provide any suggestions--only reported that I continue to have periodic problems using Haystack, which I find disappointing. I share your pain, I guess. I don't know if this is something that Haystack needs to address, or Roku. In any case, I wish it would get fixed.
That said, it's been a bit more stable for me as of late...
Hi Community users!
We understand your frustrations regarding this issue with the Haystack News Channel. We appreciate all the steps you have taken in an attempt to fix the issue.
If the issue persists even after all the troubleshooting, it could be an issue that needs to be addressed by the channel provider itself. They are the best ones who can provide further information regarding their channel's availability and functionality on the Roku platform so we recommend reaching out to them directly.
Let us know if you have further inquiries.
All the best,
Janadee
I already . contacted Haystack News. That did nothing. It doesn't matter how many times I update or restart the Roku box- it fixes nothing as far as Haystack News goes. The channel doesn't care, Roku doesn't care, so I'll just delete it because it screws up all the other channels and I have to restart the box again. Good luck to their advertisers on that channel.
Since Roku is the one providing the channel, shouldn't it be up to Roku to contact Haystack News, not a user? They should be the ones to fix it. I contacted Haystack news it did nothing. I think I'll contact them again and say hey good luck to your advertisers because I'm gonna just delete your channel. Nothing works- updates, restarts. It affects all the other channels so if Roku doesn't want to do anything about Haystack News then those advertisers won't be getting my eyeballs and I guess Roku doesn't care if people say Well I've had enough of this affecting other channels so I'll think I'll use a fire stick or something else besides my Roku box.
