Just to clarify, is your Roku streaming device directly plugged into a power source? Furthermore, try to perform a hard reset on your device to see if it will make any difference. Follow the instructions given in our Support article on How to factory reset your Roku streaming device. If it still doesn't work, we highly recommend trying to reach out to the place where you purchased your Roku streaming device for a possible replacement.
