On screen tv guide doesn’t display recent channels. Only states “Recent channels will show here”. All other categories display as they should.

We'd like to support you with this issue. The feature is supposed to work as a history of the recent channel you've watched. Please report back here if the issue persists, along with the details below.

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
• Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).

Guide doesn’t display recent channels.
