I don't watch - never heard of this channel, but there's two things you should've mentioned which are actually, the only relevant possibilities;
.
1) Send a 'help me' or what they refer to as their troubleshooting on this Global Channel, after all, they're at you 'root' of your issue
It is up and running again started around 630 last night.
WE had NO control of this.
I hope yours is working now too.

Mine started working again last night, Sunday, around 630 pm.
Working fine this morning.
Global now working with no issues
I have also bought this tv less than 4 days ago and have the same prob let's get this fixed
