French Channel says it is on Roku 2 and upgrades beyond Roku 2

FrenchChannel.tv says that is available on Roku 2 and upgrades beyond. My current ROKU is a model 4200X. I would buy current model ROKU but I do not see FrenchChannel.tv listed on @channelstore.roku.com. Please advise how I can add this channel. Thank you

I cannot find anything anywhere called FrenchChannel.tv.  Do you mean France Channel?
