Welcome to the Roku community!
If you’d like to manage or cancel a subscription through your Roku account, I’ve got you covered. Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel. These are only subscriptions through Roku. See the following for how to manage other types of subscriptions.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
- After canceling your subscription, you'll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle.
For more information, please review our support article on how to Manage or cancel subscriptions through Roku.
We hope you find this information helpful.
Cheers,
The Roku Community Team
