So now 137 days (almost 4.5 months) after the original request, I have heard no useful updates and when checking on the series to see if the team has fix it guess what...... nope
Instead this is what I am greeted with, not what I had in mind when submitting the request @RokuJharra-Q @RokuTakashi any useful update other than our team is working on it?
End of Season missing episodes?! Yikes. Glad for you there was another season.
Before starting an old series, I have taken to looking at Roku Channel "show pages" and tracking the ep numbers and count. Rarely (w UK shows) its a matter of consolidating eps. Sometimes you will find stories split or combined. BUT for old US shows, eps, even whole seasons could be missing. Similar (different show) situation with another Ad supported streamer 'missing' s3 of 5. Contacted them and received an email with the following:
"Sometimes, we don’t have all the episodes or seasons because our content partners only provide certain ones. This can happen for a bunch of reasons, like licensing restrictions or agreements tied to things like music or actors.
That said, I’ll check in with our content team to make sure this isn’t a mistake. If it turns out something’s missing that should be there, we’ll work on getting it added to ___.
Didn't hear anything, not that I expected that. So the other day I checked....(less than 2 weeks from initial query) the missing season is there. It's a Canadian show that ran 2009-2014...s3 was in 2012, 14 yrs ago. The missing Touching Evil (one season) eps are from 2004. HELLO! That was 20 years ago.
Geeze I have rambled on. Anywho... Roku Channel community responses don't seem to be from anyone that knows anything, let alone being connected to Roku.

Yeah so not only you guys didn't add the missing episodes, but now the show is unavailable. hopefully this is just temporary?

@RokuJharra-Q I think your missing the point, originally we reported missing episodes, to which we were told our team is looking into it, (episode 1,2,3,11) now months later still no update an upon checking in the whole series is now missing, with no explanation, update or status.

I noticed you mentioned that it's currently unavailable. Could you please take a picture of the error and confirm whether Episodes 1, 2, 3, and 11 are still missing? This way, we can follow up with the team.
