Channels & viewing

I put my favorite channels under favoritesw and watch my show.
Then to watch another show under favorites I have to click remote seven times to get back to see my favorites again.
is there any way to put my favorites channel on top to make this easier.

Im old and get cranky and confused.

My mom having same similar issue. Scanned channels multiple times. Picked favorites which are mostly networks. All appear with check marks. When I go to antenna tv the only stations that appear are the ones that are not set as favorites. Please help resolve.

Thanks for letting us know that the channels you added to your favorites on your Roku device aren’t showing up. We’ve got your back!

Here’s what you can try to fix this:

• Check for a System Update
  Go to your Roku Home Screen, then hit Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.
• Restart Your Roku Device/TV
  Just go to Settings > System > Power/System Restart to give it a fresh start.
