We'd be happy to be of assistance here and suggest some steps to help you troubleshoot the affected Roku device.
Let's try to refresh the system of the affected Roku device to see if this makes any difference. Kindly navigate to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart.
If the issue persists after doing so, let's also try to reboot your router by unplugging it for about 60 seconds and replugging it to refresh its system.
