I've been restarting all morning. 9 times so far since 7 am. I've removed the app and then reinstalled and it doesn't fix the problem. It streams for about 15 -20 minutes then it gets stuck and you have to exit and start again.
When will this get fixed?

Note: After removing a channel, the best practice is to restart the Roku to clear its memory before reinstalling it. Without the restart, you may not get a clean reinstall.

Is anybody trying to fix this? Very annoying.
How do you do this?
Reinstall did not fix issue.
Where do we send the information on our device? So sick of the app freezing. The ONLY app that does this!!

Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing troubleshooting.
If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again.
We also suggest restarting from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System restart.

yea , did all the above delete app , restart , put app back , still freezes , goes back to screen saver , been acting up last couple of days
then gives 33% spin, then commercial break in progress freeze
