Error loging into Apple TV app on Roku Premiere

Jump to solution

Our Hisense Roku television will not allow us to log into Apple TV+, each attempt results in the same error message.

We have been watching Apple TV on this same TV until today 30June2023. All connections are secure, net speeds are exceptionally fast, and I can log into Apple TV on other devices.
